Be a Teacher that Students Preferred.

Who does not want to become teachers preferred students. All the teachers seem to expect this. But did you know that more and ask the students preferred the more distant we are from the criteria of decent teachers favored students? if the students preferred to be our goal as a teacher there is no such thing as professionalism again, there was just obey what the students want and desire, even if the desired already off track learning activities and teaching.

Being a teacher who preferred not easy but not hard, personally I was still in an effort to be liked student. But nothing is impossible in this world, where there is a will there's a way. Here is how.

1. Not too much carrying out the lecture method
2. Give an example to the students what he wanted students to do. If you as the teacher expects you to respect your students, please advance the dignity of your students in the class.
3. If angry or disappointed at the students, was speaking to them and not yell.
4. share a sincere smile on all students. Students who are labeled as a 'problem' will wear off and will love you if you give them a smile.
5. Motivate students with ways to motivate and not sarcastic.
6. Using humor in the right place and time.
7. Easy to get along with the students and not a friend of students. Easy to get along with you means a passive party in communication, but still with a professional manner. Befriend students will only complicate your situation in the future.
8. Patient and assume all students are to proceed. Avoid forwarding other teachers to continue the legacy of a stamp that has been accepted by a particular student.
